tap into city's utilities (should be complete 2/20/99)
· Cap off clothes washer/dryer connections in room 123 and cover drywall
opening. Cut floor bolts where sink was located in room 123
· Paint exposed metal trim in formal room
· Relamp all existing light fixtures throughout to include exit lights
· Remove abandoned electrical conduit and cap off at floor in room
