Fire Sprinkler Systems Underground, Meter Vault & City Connection.
Dear Sherri:
We are pleased to submit our proposal to furnish the necessary design, labor and material
for a complete installation of a underground fire sprinkler service, including the concrete
meter vault and connection to the city water main.
Our proposal is based upon the underground supply being installed per the City of Coppell
fire code requirements, NFPA #24 latest edition and Coppell public works.
Price for Underground Sprinkler Service: $12,970.00
Inclusions/Scope of work:
1. Install a wet top on the existing 6 inch water main on the north side of the above
referenced project.
2. Install a City of Coppell approved concrete meter vault for the owner furnished DDC
meter.
3. Install the underground fire service line from the meter vault to within 5 feet of the
building. The service line will have a free standing FDC within 6 feet of the fire lane.
4. Engineering plan and approval by the city.
Exclusions:
1. Sales tax.
2. City provided DDC meter.
