some adjustments to the Cono Valves. They started II~ pumps and put ev~rythhg on automatic at
approximately 12:00 p.m. They left tho site.at approximately 1:30 p.m. at which lime everything
v<::.. nmning. ]'hero were no Ci~ employees at.the pump station when they lg~. I called Matt
C, ast to inform him that the pump station '.was ~ loft unattended and unlocked. Hg said he
would g~t someone over there.
