PhllUps Swab_er Associa~ (1SA), and a representative from ~he City of CoppeU
visited tim Coppcll Sr. Citizen Crater job-site on November 14, 1996 al 10:00
a.m. to pm'form a ptmch list on the bm]ding, On November 13, 1996, PSA left
a mcss~e with Ibc contractor's office of this scheduled punch list meeting.. The
Contn~ did not arrive to fl~ meet~g, PSA still tins not xeceived the
contractor's punch list that has ~ mtuested several tim~s.
I~A did a quick walk-~ end determined tJ~t the building was not ready to be
punched. Many items aze uncompleted or the worhnanship is unsafidactory.
Some examplei ere as follows:
1. VCT is cupping al .edges.
2. Doors have not been painted.
3. lvlissing on~ (1) ncc~nt wall tile in Men's r-~ltroom.
4. Some thze~old$ not ADA eomplhnt ns specified.
5. M~ole tla~hold missing at Door 105.
These axe just a few items thai were noticed end not an exht~tive list of
deficienci~ and corrections needed. PSA will require the contractor to send his
punch list to our office befoee we will schedule nnother meeting. We will notify
tl~ City of Coppefll of the next scheduled building punch list me.~ing. Please call
