We hm;¢ located the warranty deed for the fire station on Coppell Road (the futm-e Copper Road Senior
Citizem; Center). That deed, along with the Dallas County lax office property owner description.
indicates fl~at the site has been owned by the Dallas County Coppell Fresh Water Supply Dis~ct #I 7
since June 30, 1955. What most likely happened is that the Dallas County Coppell Fresh Water Supply
Bisect # 17 ceased to exist and that the property reverted to the City of Coppell.
Does the Cit7 have a copy of the legal record of that transfer of ownership? Could you ple, ase forwm-d
that information to our offices? I shall incltd¢ a copy of the Tax office property owner description with
'Axis fax for your use. That is the last piece of information we need to complete the Coppell Road Senior
Citi~ns Center Letter of Map Amendment submittal.
