Dear Sirs:
I am in receipt of your inspection letter dated January 20, 1998 and am requesting an
extension for bringing the non-compliance issues into compliance. The parking lot for
this facility is being re-constructed during the 1998-99 fiscal year beginning in October. I
would like to request an extension for the parking requirements to be included in this
construction project (or by 12/1/98). The interior improvements can be accomplished by
May 1, 1998. The one item regarding the 30" wide storage door is exempt as it is a
"personnel only" closet, not open for full use.
