Central Expwy., Suite 260 Dallas, TX 75243 Re: Coppell Senior Citizen's Center PSA Project No. 4087.10 Dear Mr. Bailey: As we discussed, this is an outline of the following items that need to be completed to finish the Senior Citizen project. All the following items must be completed before the final pay application can be released. Please review the specifications for all f'mal requirements to close the project. Final Punch: (These items should be available on or before the Final punch for review.) 1. Notify PSA when project is completed including flooring. -Our office will be available for a final punch review December 23 or 30, please contact us about a possible schedule. -Please contact Geoffrey Spaete for scheduling the Final Punch Review. 2. (2) Complete sets of all required Owner Manuals and Warranties. Please review specifications for format and requirements. 3. One full set of as-built project documents including drawings and specifications. Please make every, effort for a clean set. Substantial Completion: 4. Submit signed Consent Assurity from bonding company per specifications. 5. Submit Retainage Affidavit from contractor per specifications. 6. Submit tagged/labeled keys to City. of Coppell-Sheri Moino. 7. After all specified items have been submitted, completed, and substantial completion awarded, PSA will release the final pay application. Completion of all the following items is critical to a timely completion of the remainder of the project requirements. Please act with diligence to complete these items so that we can close this project before the New Year. Please call if you have any questions or comments.
