Revisions to Interlocal Agreemere between the City of Dallas and
the City of Coppell concerning relocation of Dallas' 30" water line
De~Mr. BaRad:
Based upon my conversations between yourself and Hamid Baha, the City of Coppell has no
objections to the revisions requested by the City of Dallas in the Interlocal Agreement approved
by the Coppell City Council on June 23, 1998. I appreciate the City of Dallas revising the word
"immediately" to "within 60 days". With that change, the City of Coppell offers no objections
to the revised Intedocal Agreement. As previously stated, our City Manager is out of the state
until Wednesday, July 22, 1998. Once we have received an original copy it will be executed by
the City Manager upon his return.
