the 12 inch bypass pipeline. Bar Constructors plan to inspect and make repairs if
necessary to the valves at the time the 24 inch temporary bypass pipeline is removed.
GTE is still scheduled to install the phone fine Wednesday, July 1. Acme Electrical
expects to have power to the meter vault and the telephone board installed by the time the
phone fines are installed. Bar Constructors will not be working on Friday, July 3 or over
the July 4 weekend.

Bar Constructors received the response to RFI No. 11 concerning routing of the power
supply line and plan to submit a new RFI regarding the location of the fence at the
Pressure Reducing Vaults.

SUBMITTALS
The final submittal for the venturi meter has still not been received and is needed
immediately. Bar Constructors, Inc. will check on status. Pumping Division has a spare
VTU in stock which they will provide for this installation, contingent upon receipt of like
[ ']
VTU from the contractor as a replacement. The spare VTU is ready for installation in
Coppell - DWU Pumping Division will deliver the VTU with a one day notice in advance
as soon as Bar Constructors is ready. John Mathis will verify the deliverables related to
the replacement Vault Termination Unit and will forward to DWU Pumping Division as
soon as all parts are received.

4. ELECTRICAL METER
Electrical contractor requested to move the location of the electrical meter a couple of feet
west to the inside of the fence and paving of the new metering station. It was agreed upon
to move the electrical meter at no additional cost for a better end product.
