SCHEDULE
Reviewed Bar Constructors' schedule - see attachment. Sam Arrambide expects to
complete this project by July 2, 1998. Bar Constructors expects to finish back-filling the
Pressure Reducing Vault site and have Sandy Lake Road back in service by Thursday this
week. Acme Electrical expects to have power to the meter vault and the telephone board
installed by end of next week. Will schedule phone service installation the week
following.

No issues concerning RFIs at this time.

SUBMITTALS
The final submittal for the venturi meter has not been received. Acme Electrical will check
on status. Mathis veri~fing the deliverables related to the Vault Termination Unit and will
forward to DWU Pumping Division as soon as all parts are received.

4. SHUT DOWN
The shut down to tie in of the new 42 inch pipeline to the existing 36 inch supply line
occurred without incident. Coppell stated how pleased they were with the continual
monitoring from Pu.mping Division. Thank you to everyone for the level of cooperation
and a job well done
Action: Resolved.
5. SAFETY
No issues at this time.
