SCHEDULE
Reviewed Bar Constructors' schedule - see attachment. Joe Arrambide expects to
complete this project by the end of June, 1998. Bar Constructors needs to submit an
updated schedule as soon as possible but not later than the next progress meeting.

Located RFI No. 10 regarding stair rebar. No other issues concerning RFIs.

SUBMITTALS
Again two submittal items remain outstanding: the final submittal for the venturi meter
and the deliverables related to the Vault Termination Unit. Please deliver both items to
DWU as soon as possible.

4. SHUT DOWN
The shut down to tie in of the new 42 inch pipeline to the existing 36 inch supply line is on
schedule to begin Wednesday, June 3 after the morning load peaks around nine o'clock.
As in prior shut downs, Dallas will monitor and keep Coppell reservoirs full throughout
the night before. All required parts and equipment must be on site prior to beginning the
shut down. As soon as the shut down occurs and the line is de-watered, the contractor
will work until the tie in is complete. Coppell will be pumping water through the old
Sandy Lake Road Pump Station to supplement the water supply during the shut down.

Bar Constructors made necessary road repairs. Contractor expects to be able to get rid of
the detour by the end of next week.

6. HANDRAILS
Manufacturer picked up by the rejected handrails and will bring back acceptable handrails.
