Revised Roadway Impact Fee Assessment Letter
Dear Mr. Gray:
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Roadway Impact Fee Calculation tables. The tables show the percentages
of the building that will be office and warehouse use based on the information you provided to me.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the mount of $40,504.32 and forward to the Finance
Deparmaent along with a copy of the Roadway Impact Fee Calculation tables. This amount is a portion of
the assessed fees that need to be paid prior to Council approval. Also provide a copy of the Engineer's
estimate or contract to our office so the construction inspection fee can be verified.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to verify the payment of
required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forward to working with you on
