As per your markups and our phone conversation on 06/08/00, we have revised the Civil Plans for Coppell
Business Center III. These plans are attached for your review and approval. As per our discussion, it is my
understanding that the proposed on-site drainage design is acceptable for construction. Also, we have received
approval from Travis Crump on the 6" fire hydrant leaves under the condition that the leads do not exceed the
current 60 ft length. If you have any questions or require any additional information, please call me at (214)346-
