SCHEDULE Bar Constructors, Inc. did not provide an updated schedule this week. As noted in Progress Meeting No. 3, Bar Constructors is behind schedule by approximately one month. Since the last meeting, the schedule has not slipped and remains the same. Action: Bar Constructors, Inc. Need to locate and complete signature process on RFI No. 8. q- ,/-.. "-~ Action: DWU, BiZr Constructors, Inc. SUBMITTALS No new questions or problems with submittals at the time of this meeting. Bar Constructors, Inc. stated that issues from the last meeting regarding the status of the size of the flange for the turbine meter and the response from PFS regarding the calibration used in the venturi meter test and the final report of the venturi testing have been resolved. Action: None Required PAY ESTIMATE Resolve estimate amounts in the field before submitting the pay estimate for processing. Action: D WU Field Inspection, Bar Constructors, Inc. c: LIEN NOTIFICATION DWU received a copy of notification from Baugh & Associates, Inc. to Reliance Surety Company that they intend to file a lien against the bond unless they receive payment for balance due of $431,508.79. Action: Bar Constructors, Inc. TRAILER CLEANING Trailer cleaning and toilet repair remain issues since April 14, 1998 Progress Meeting. Contractor to make repairs to the toilet within two days and begin a weekly cleaning schedule for the trailer beginning this Friday. Action: Bar Constructors, Inc. SHUT DOWN Shut downs have gone well. It is anticipated that only one more shut down to complete this project is required to make the tie in of the new 42 inch pipeline to the existing 36 inch supply line. Contractor estimates that the work on this tie in will begin on or around 9 am Tuesday, May 19, 1998 after the morning load is over for Coppell. I Action: Bar Constructors, Inc., DWU and Coppell SAFETY Robert Barron iequested that Bar Constructors check the flashing lights in the barricades. Project Manager asked Bar Constructors to clean up the job site. As an issue, Bar Constructors' supply trailer was broken into sometime over the Easter weekend. Criminals cut the chain on the fence of the Village Parkway Pump Station in Coppell. Action: Bar Constructors, Inc.
