Dear Mr. Griffin,
HalffAssociates, Inc. would like to submit an alternative pipe material for the
private storm sewer at Coppell Business Center III, Block C, Lot 2. We propose
specifying Poly(Vinyl Chloride) (PVC) Profile Gravity Sewer Pipe, conforming to
ASTM F 794-97, in lieu of the reinforced concrete pipe called for in the City of Coppell
Subdivision Ordinance. Pipe sizes range from 18" - 36" for this project. It is our
understanding that any connections to public drainage systems, or crossing of any public
paving (fire lanes) are to be performed with the reinforced concrete pipe as referenced in
the Subdivision Ordinance.
