Re: Alley Repair/Sanitary Sewer
Dear Mr. Sellers:
The alley repair, due to the installation of the sanitary
sewer, will require you to remove and replace it in its
entirety. The width of the ditch in conjunction with the
width of the alley would leave a 2.5' section of concrete on
both sides of the ditchline. Repair. Also, with the unfore-
seen circumstances during installation, requirement of
complete removal is warrantied.
