The square footage breakdown of Offices/Production vs. Dock/Warehouse is: 90,200 sqft. of Offices/Production 25,000 sqft. of Dock/Warehouse 2. Drawing notes on A1.02 indicate to refer to A1.03 for dimensional information on area of concrete to be removed. 3. Drive approach in city Right-of-Way has been noted on drawing A1.03 to be lime stabilized per City Standard Details. 4. The Ladscape drawings have been included for reference to indicate the proposed grades at landscaped areas. 5. The proposed relocation of the fire hydrant and fire department connection on the south side of the building has been shown to be at the fire department approved location. 6. The paving plans are signed by a civil engineer. The Fire hydrant relocation is noted to be designed and engineered by the contractor. A revised set of drawings is being submitted to reflect the city comments. Regards, Brian P.
