1. SCHEDULE
Bar Constructors, Inc. provided their updated schedule. As of this progress meeting, it
appears that Bar Constructors is behind schedule by approximately one month. See
attached copy.

SUBMITTALS
Bar Constructors, Inc. inquired about the status of the size of the flange for the turbine
meter. Hank Niblo needs a response from PFS regarding the calibration used in the
venturi meter test and to receive the final report of the venturi testing. Requested
assistance from Bar Constructors in getting this information.

BACKFILL MATERIAL
Pipeline Design approved use of natural materials for backfill on the condition that existing
pipeline thrust block enhanced with additional concrete.

5. SHUT DOWN
Shut down for approximately one day of the Coppert 36 inch supply line to accomplish
work of installing the new 42 inch supply iine around the first of two existing 45 ° bends in
the 36 inch line is scheduled to begin at approximately 9 am Tuesday, April 21. Bar
Constructors, Inc. needs more intermittent shut downs to complete the new 42 inch
pipeline, pressure reducing vaults and tie in to the existing 36 inch supply line. The
required shut downs of the thirty six inch line and durations are not know at this time.
Coppell and Bar Constructors to locate and exercise the valve on the 24 inch supply line
tomorrow morning so that work can begin on the second shut down on Thursday, April
23. In anticipation of using the old pump station and supply lines during the shut downs,
Coppert is sending an electrician to work on pumps at the old pump station tomorrow
momingo

6. TELEPHONE COORDINATION
Bar Constructors, Inc. indicated the date to tell ECI for GTE phone line installation into
the new metering station is about May 13, 1998.

7. TRAILER CLEANING
Contractor cleaned the trailer at last week and will continue to clean trailer on a weekly or
as needed basis as determined by DWU Inspection. Contractor still needs to repair the
toilet in the trailer.
