tVHERAS, The Southland Corporation for and in consideration of $1.~Q and other good
and valuable consideration, paid in hand by the CITY OF COPPE.LL, a municipal
corporation of Dallas County, Texas, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant, bargain and convey to said City, its successors and assigns, the use and passage in
and along the following described tract of land titled "24 Foot Fire Lane to be
Dedicated". See Exhibit A consisting of 2 pages attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
Further, the City of Coppell, upon dedication of said fire Iane, does hereby abandon and
release all rights to the following described tract of land titled "24 Foot Fire Lane to be
Abandoned". See Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with, all and singular,
the rights and appurtenances there to anywise belonging, unto the said City of Coppell,
its successors and assigns, forever. And we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs,
successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, the said premises
unto the said City of Coppell its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
It is intended by these present to convey aright-of-:vay to the said City of Coppell for
the usual rights of ingress and egress in the necessary use of such right-of-;va.v in and
along said premises. -
