I have been in contact with Shohre Daneshmand by telephone in regard
to the Town Center Complex boundary surveys that we proposed do do for
the City.
We cannot proceed further at this time because Univest Development
Company has a planner working on the proposed lake design that your
new ~site will abutt. Whenever Univest determines the exact location
of the lake at Heartz Road, we can proceed with the swap-out.
Also, we have not received the contract to sign. If further informa-
tion is needed please call.
