1. SCHEDULE
Bar Constructors did not bring their updated schedule. Requested that the coreractor
provide an update of the schedule at each meeting to track progress.

SUBMrrTALS
Bar Constructors, Inc. inquired about the stares of the paint and meter calibration testing
submittals.
Action: DWU Design
Requested that Bar Constructors, Inc. submit RFI No. 8 on correct form for record only.
Bar Constructors, Inc. verbally requested permission to use cement stabilized sand in lieu
of flowable fill and were told to put their request into an RFI.

SHUT DOYVN
Bar Constructors requested an additional shut down of approximately one to two days of
the Coppell 36 inch supply line to accomplish work of installing the new 42 inch supply
line around two existing 45 o bends in the 36 inch line. Coppell requested that Dallas
supply water through the ROFC directly into the old 16 inch supply line. A test of this
suggestion is scheduled to begin at 8 am Monday April 20. The shut down is tentatively
scheduled for 9 am Tuesday, April 21. Another shut down will be required to tie in the
new 42 inch pipe with the existing 36 inch supply line.

TELEPHONE COORDINATION
Need to know a date to tell ECI so that GTE can install the phone lines into the new
metering station for the SCADA and voice lines.

TRAILER CLEANING
Contractor needs to dean the trailer at least once a week. Contractor also needs to repair
the toilet in the trailer.

OTtIER BUSINESS
Coppert requested that the contractor make repairs to the temporary bi-pass road in Sandy
Lake Road and also requested that the barricades are cleaned up.
