SUBJECT: Boundary Surveys around Town Center Complex
ATTENTION: Mr. Larry Jackson, City Attorney
Dear Larry:
On Wednesday, October 22, 1986, you informed me that due to the City's
negotiations with Univest for property exchange, we needed to have
prepared surveys, possibly three (3). One showing the existing
conditions, one showing the centering of the building on the 8.0 acre
site, and one showing the removal of the 2.8 acres from the area outside
the future circular road around the building.
You then told me to hold off until you could determine exactly what we
needed, and that you would get back with me. ·
As of this date, we have not attempted to have these surveys prepared.
Please give us the directions we should be folloving.
