Dear Mr. Lieneke:
With reference to the punch-list items, when we have been
paid the final amount due on our contract for the terrazzo work, ,you
may be sure we will return to the Job and reseal the terrazzo floors.
A Freeman employee b~ the name of Vic informed our office
by phone this morning that the remainin~ work could be done by Freeman
and the cost of same backcharged against our contract. Under the ex-
isting circumstances, this is not at all acceptable, and such action
on your part will be strongly protested, le§ally if need be.
