based on our discussion of April 20, 1998. Then are being submitted to the building departmen! and
planning depathuent for preliminary i'eview with regards to the current Special Use Permit (SUP).
As discussed, there are minor changes which .h. ave..c~.c,un',e.d at the ti'o. nt entry area, including the addition
et' a vestibule. A concern was raised during me initial oiscussions that these modifications may require
an amendment to the SUP, and further review of this would be needed.
Please provide any comments you may have regarding the necessity to amend the current Special Use
Permit based upon your review of thc enclosed documents. We look forward to hearing fi.om you at your
earliest convenience.
