~/(1) Connell Skaggs Addition, Lot 4 (Mobil Oil)
(2) Meadows Section VI
The above referenced projects are being processed in the following
manner:
(1)
Connell Skaggs Addition, Lot 4 (Mobil Oil;: the final plat on
this project was approved back in June 1987. However, the
revised site plan is going before P & Z on 12/21/89 and then
to City Council for approval.
(2)
Meadows Section VI: This subdivision is complete and will go
under final walk thru early next week. The final plat on this
project was approved in mid 1989.
Please let me know if all related fees, such as water and sewer
availability, construction inspection, street assessments.., etc.
have been paid. Otherwise, we will request that all appropriate
fees be paid before final approval of these project. I am copying
Taryon Bowman in case she has any information related to these
projects concerning fees.
I appreciate your assistance on this matter and if you have any
questions, please let me know. I need this information in by
Monday, December 18, 1989. Thanks.
