Dear Mr. Connell:
I have received your letter dated June 27, 1989 in followup to our meeting
o£ Wednesday, June 21, 1989. Additionally, I've received the related
sketches that Friday from your engineer, Powell & Powell by letter, dated
June 22, 1989.
The proposed revisions marked in red on engineering drawings are under
review.
As we discussed you can at the same time present your draft proposal for
staff review before submitting to the City Council so that a staff
recommendation can be formulated.
We will respond to your engineer on the engineering comments and can
address your draft agreement when received.
While the City of Coppell has a concern and will work with you to get
these drainage improvements built, I would ask that you continue to
actively pursue this matter until all necessary materials, are completed
ready for your request to be forwarded to the City Council.
