RE: Preliminary Punch List Connell/Skaggs
Dear Mr. Turner:
Preliminary punch list items as follows:
1. All C.M.P.'s need to be extended 5' from edge of pavement - 8 places.
2. Install - 8 Type "B" Headwalls.
3. Redefine drainage along west property line.
4. Paint fire hydrant.
5. Paint fire hydrant valve covers red.
6. Paint main line valve covers blue.
7. Install blue fire hydrant reflectors.
8. Install fire lane stripe.
9. Replace all missing and broken media, left turn, and center line buttons
at Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Rd. intersection.
