Since the past rainfalls we've had, the personal vehicles of the construction
workers for the Connell/Skaggs development are parking on the above stated lo-
cation. Being as wet as it has been, it is creating fairly deep tire ruts in
the existing grass area.
I havn't found any damage to the existing traffic signal pull boxes as of yet.
Please look into this matter and see if any significant damage or future damage
has or will be inflicted.
