This is in reference to your request dated October 14, 1987 to install
your Portable Concrete Batch Plant No. 4300-50SL under Exemption No. 93.
The information submit;ed in support of your request has been evaluated,
and it has been determined that your facility appears to meet the
qualifications of Exemption No. 93 of our April 25, 1986 Standard
Exemption List. Based upon the evidence presented and information
gathered by this office, the Executive Director has determined that
authorization can be granted to construct and operate this'facility
150 feet west of Denton Tap Road and 630 feet north of Sandy Lake Road,
Coppell, Dallas County, Texas. This authorization is contingent upor
continued compliance with the requirements of this exemption. The
operation of this facility at this site will be monitored routinell- by
staff personnel to ensure co~liance with all Rules'and Regulations of
the Texas Air Control Board. We are voiding the X-17403B, H, L and M
files upon relocation of your facility.
