Dear Mr. Morton,
We would like to request permission to erect our temporary concrete batch
plant for the paving of the Connell Skaggs project. I have enclosed copies of
the application to the Texas Air Control Board and will forward you a copy of
the permit when I receive it. Also enlcosed are the site location maps. We
are anticipating the need for two seperate move-ins on this project with each
in operation for approximately two to three weeks. This second move-in is
proposed to be 30 to 60 days after the first phase. If you need any further
