Dear Mr. Po~ll:
Larry Lieneke of Howard Freeman Contractors brought to my
attention the fact that the O'Brien, O'Brien, Calloway firm
is no longer the architect for your project. Prior to Mr.
Lieneke's informing me of this, I had tried both by corres-
pondence and phone to get additional information frc~ Rick
Bertaini of O'Brien, O'Brien confirming the job. I never
did receive any reply from Mr. Bertaini.
Larry felt as though I needed to go directly through either
you or Frank Proctor. The original salesperson from our finn
who sold the job is no longer with us, so I am in the process
of trying to follc~ up on the project. The w~ek of August 4,
I came out and installed three sets of temmporary Men/Wc~en
signs with one strip of vinyl tape on the door, so I w~uld not
damage the finish on the door. Also, when I was out there, I
dropped off a color sample for your approval. The green color
sample, if you approve it, will be the frame color for all of
your 6" x 12" brass engraved identification plaques. The frames
are done and ready to be painted. The brass inserts are engraved,
infilled, and ready to be put into the frames.
The reason I had dropped off the ASI product catalog was to have
you look at our standard colors which are found on page 101. The
colors for your interior directory were to be SC/801 copy on SC/905
background (cream on black). I just wanted to confirm the colors
and the layout of tjx directory which I also included with the
catalog.
The interior directory has been in for a while and all we need to do
to complete it is to screen the copy onto the inserts. The final
two items we are to provide for the project will be ready as noted
below:

The original job was quoted to have everything installed at one time
reflecting just one trip out to Coppell.
After you have reviewed the color sample for the frames, and the
colors and layout for the interior directory we could, with your
approval, install the interior directory and 22 identification
plaques on one trip. The cast plaque and cast letters could be
installed on a second trip around the week of 9/22. The only
additional charge would be $50.00 for the extra trip out.
When you get a minute please give me a call or reply by mail, and
I will proceed with the items mentioned in this letter.
