SUBJECT: Police Dept's Operations Schedule at the New Town
Center
The Police Chief and myself met with the contractor at the
new Town Center and mutually agreed to a schedule of move-in
beginning on Friday, July 25, 1986, and being totally oper-
ational by 8:00 A.M., Monday, July 28, 1986. These dates
will affect only the Police Department. The remaining city
staff will be scheduled at another time.
This independent move by the Police Department should eli~inate
the need for future rent payments on their existing facility.
