Dear Ms. Bowman:
Enclosed is our check in the amount of $9,227.20 as payment due prior
to approval of the final plat of the above referenced tract. This amount
was obtained as follows:

The fees for the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and Specific Use Permits
have previously been paid. No zoning change, other thank S.U.P.'s, has
been requested.
Also, enclosed are a completed Development Permit Application and
a completed Development Exemption Certificate.
The Con~onAreaMaintenance Agreement has been forwarded to American
Stores Properties, Inc. (Skaggs) for signatures. It is understood that
until the box culvert is constructed along the west property line of the
site, the existing ditch is to be maintained by the owner. In addition,
landscaping and irrigation required to be placed in the parkway of Denton
Tap and Sandy Lake Roads, adjacent to the site, will not be rec~]ired until
these roads are improved as required in the City Thoroughfare Plan.' We

understand that the property owners will be required, within 6 months
of improvement of these roads, to place the irrigation systems and landscaping
in the completed parkways as required by City Ordinances.
