Dear Ed~
We are in receipt of your letter requesting that the General Contractor
remove the sprinkler heads in the police co~unication room and finance
office computer room. I have also received a copy of a letter authored
by Mr. Larry Lieneke to you which inidicates that this work has been
completed and, in addition to the police co~unication room and finance
office computer room, you had verbally directed the General Contractor
to remove the single sprinkler head located in the library computer room
on Level Two.
As discussed previously, O'Brien O'Brien Callaway did not reco~end nor
do they approve of the deletion of the spri~ler heads in these areas.
The General Contractor ha proceeded with the deletion of th~se sprinkler
heads soley by the specific direction received from the City of Coppell
as forwarded through you and per the discussions between yourself and
the C~Fire ~rshal.
