Dear Ken:
BAR Constructor's contract with the City of Dallas involves laying a 42" & 24"
water line along Sandy Lake Road at the Old Coppell Pump Station. The
location of the line is along the south side of Sandy Lake Road. In order to
insure public and worker safety. we propose to install a temporary lane on the
north side of Sandy Lake Road (refer to BAR Constructor's sketch).
We anticipate that this temporary lane will be in place for approximately two
months, starting the first week in March. We have the proper signage and
barricades in this area and will maintain them throughout the allotted time.
