Attached herewith is a letter received from Mr. Joe Bosquez of Howard U.
Freeman, Inc. After your review you will note that with regard to
Change Order No. 13 which deals with the back-charges for retesting at
the above referenced project, the General Contractor is requesting some
additional backup information. This information cannot be obtained from
our office and was to have been provided directly from you when I had
issued Change Order No. 13 for your signature. It is requested that you
respond to this letter so as not to delay the processing of any further
change orders.

We are in receipt of your Change Order #1~ in which you
outline several charges to Howard U. Freeman, Inc. for retesting
by Maxim Engineers. We would appreciate a complete, itemized
breakdown of these charges, including reason for retest, results
of original and retest, name of individual requesting original
and retests, copy of notification to Howard U. Freeman, Inc. of
work requiring retesting, copy of invoices for original and re-
tests, and copy of Maxim's agree.ment with the Owner so that pric-
ing may be verified. " -
Please forward this information ~mmediately, since Change
Order #14, as well as Change Order #13, -cannot be signed until this
information is received and reviewed. ,
