SUBJECT: Denton Tap/Sandy Lake Intersection
Damage Claim #C050586...Dale Ware
On May 12, 1986 our office forwarded the subject claim to
Midwest Bridge Corp. Upon investigation, it was determined
that the location appears to be on the County section of
roadway.
It is our recommendation that the City of Coppell proceed to
settle this claim since this project consists of joint
participation (city-county).
It is our recommendation that payment in the amount of $113.66
be made to Mr. Ware and this amount charged to the Denton Tap -
Sandy Lake Intersection project.
