Wayne Ginn Ginn, Inc.' 17103 Preston Road, Suite 100 Dallas, TX 75248 Dear Mr. Ginn: We have requested permission to begin construction of water and sanitary sewer mains in the subject subdivision prior to final approval of the Final Plat of the site by City Council; and, for the granting of such permission, we hereby assume all responsibility for all construction; and, Therefore, we hereby grant the City of Coppell the right to withhold building permits for any buildings in subject subdivision, until subject subdivision plat has been approved by City Council, and applicable right-of-way and easements required for water and sanitary sewer mains have been granted and acquired; and, Furthermore, we hereby grant the City of Coppell the right to withhold certificates of occupancy of any building constructed in subject subdivision, until water and sanitary sewer main construction (both on-site and off-site) has been completed, and subject property is adequately served by water and sanitary sewer mains.
