Dear Mr. Mayor:
On Wednesday, May 14, 1986 you had advised our office of the unanimous
decision of the Coppell City Council to proceed with the installation of
the approved green carpet at the above referenced project. Per
yourdirection at that time, I have contacted the General Contractor and
advised him of this decision and attached herewith is a copy of his
letter dated May 16, 1986 acknowledging the City's decision.
As of this date, we have yet to receive the formal written notifica-
tion fro~m-q~he City of Coppell on this item as was discussed during our
telep/~e~onversation of May 14, 1986.
