days a week. We discussed this request by tclel~hone cs~y on luly 1, 1997. Thcrc has been no such rcquest
pdor to this date. Our rcply to this request is ccnsislent;with o~x actions. The system must run in ordcx to
"troubleshoot". Sin~e the beSilmi~ .of these pxoblems,' we have scted by replacin~ parts, scrvicir~ or
m~ ,niXoring The next step is to allow the system to operate: Wc sssumc each time we replace pans or servi~c
that the problems are solved. Unfitely, the system fails for another reason and we contact the
apl~ropriate parties to resolve the problem.
'J.'!~ problems with the pt~p faihsrcs are electrical in rsm~ and require the expertise of our clc¢Irical
sul, conlractor and the pump supplier.

Dou2 Mouldcr of Tcxsun discovered a voltal~ '~op to 102V st the RTD module of the IQ. This is the set
Ix~int for pump shut, town Texsun believes'this may have been the csxse of the shut down for Ptu'np No. 6
earlier this week. Howevex, ~ was no indication this. wss the same problem ~cnced late last rU2hf~
As for an update on t!~ 8CADA system, we spoke' with Ioc. Cribson of Team Comrols this morning. Hc
stated that the psgir~ softwere represefats~tivc wotlld be ill fi'om ~ around lO:]O a.m. todsy snd they
w~,uld be goin2 directly to the lmmp station to ~ to'resolve the ~ problem.

the City's nght to withhold money ss..it rchldes to plant-operations and will file a claim to recover any
