Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
Enclosed is one print of Powell & Powell Drawing No. S-1452.03 dated March, 1987 (Site
Plan for Lots 1, 2 and 3, Connell Skaggs Addition). Indicated on this plan are the
locations of future median cuts with left turn stack lanes into the referenced site from
both Denton Tap Road (one median break) and Sandy Lake Road (two median breaks). It
is our understanding that construction plans are being prepared by Ginn, Inc. at this time
for improvements to Denton Tap Road, adjacent to the site, and that although no plans
are being prepared for the improvement of Sandy Lake Road, consideration is being given
to begin this process.
On behalf of our clients, Connell Development Company (Skyhawk Venture) and
American Stores Properties, Inc., owners of the referenced site, we respectfully request
that the median break shown on Denton Tap Road be incorporated into the improvement
plans for Denton Tap Road being prepared at this time, and that the median breaks shown
on Sandy Lake Road be incorporated into improvement plans for Sandy Lake Road at such
time these plans are prepared.
