of Southlands proposed 7-11 store to be located on our pad site in
front of our shopping center located at Sandy Lake and Denton Tap in
Coppell, Texas.
This letter will serve as notification to interested parties that
Connell Development Company hereby approves the conceptual architectural
scheme developed by Good, Haas, Fulton Architects and submitted before
you tonight. This proposed store conforms to the basic architectural
theme of our shopping center, as well as blending nicely with the overall
tone of construction in the area.
