Re: Coppell Town Center
Dear Rick:
We are writing to express our concern over the lack of color
selections for the Coppell Town Center. It is critical that we receive
the color selections for paint, vinyl wallcovering, terrazzo, carpet and
auditorium seating. The painter is ready to start painting, but will have
to leave the job if he does not have the color selections immediately.
As you know, the carpet and vinyl wallcovering have been pre-
viously selected, and the carpet and some of the vinyl is already in town
and waiting for installation. If these items are changed, procurement time
must be considered. In addition, we do not know if we should attempt to
return the carpet and what restocking charges will be involved. Please
advise us as to how we should proceed with the carpet problem is, in fact,
the carpet will be changed.
We are also concerned about the seating colors since this is a
long lead item also.
As for ceramic tile, this material is in town. Will any of these
colors change?
These items must be resolved immediately so that the project is not
delayed.
