As managing partner of CB&B Joint Venture, owner of the 10.9055 acre
tract located immediately to the north of the Connell tract at Denton
Tap Road and Sandy Lake Road, I am submitting to you the attached letter
to Connell Development Company dated February 12, 1986, which outlines
our position concerning drainage.
We would appear personally before the Council on February 25, 1986,
however, due to a prior commitment, we will be out of town at that time.
Your consideration and that of the Council in this matter will be greatly
appreciated.
