You will need to apply for a Specific Use Permit (S.U.P.) and have it approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council. ® Preliminary plat and plan needs to be prepared in accordance with the City Subdivision Ordinance. Future right-of-way, of Denton Tap, within 300 feet of intersection, will be 140 feet. An additional 10', not 5' as shown, beyond the future 10' widening would be required. 4. Ail signs must conform to City Sign Ordinance. We have enclosed a set of plans on the proposed improvements to Denton Tap/Sandy Lake intersection for your use in coordinating your plans.
