Dear Mr. Schneider:
Road
Pursuant to your letter of December 30, 1985, we have made a
cursory review of the print you provided and are returning
it, herewith, along with our comments.
You will need to apply for a Specific Use Permit (S.U.P.)
and have it approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission
and City Council.
®
Preliminary plat and plan needs to be prepared in
accordance with the City Subdivision Ordinance.
Future right-of-way, of Denton Tap, within 300 feet of
intersection, will be 140 feet. An additional 10', not
5' as shown, beyond the future 10' widening would be
required.
4. Ail signs must conform to City Sign Ordinance.
We have enclosed a set of plans on the proposed improvements
to Denton Tap/Sandy Lake intersection for your use in
coordinating your plans. Also, a Planning & Zoning calendar
is included for your use in planning.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Gabe Favre
