Coppell Commerce Center, Lot 3, Block 4, Replat/Minor Plat, to relocate the
eastern property line of Lot 2, Block 4 by approximately 33' to the west and
allow the creation of a single building site for a 4-acre parcel of property,
located at the southwest corner of S. Coppell Road and Burns Street, at the
request of the Needham, Wright Engineers.
