Please revise the plans and submit to us 3 sets for our use and however many the contractor will need for us to stamp for approval. Once the inspection fees are paid we can set up a pre-con. The adjacent owner would not agree to an easement, so we are having to go down the street. We understand we will have to remove and replace full panels. We will need the permit attached filled out and inspection fees paid. Once these fees are paid we can then set up a pre-construction meeting, possibly for later this week or early next week.
