Subject:Headwalls at RCP Extensions
Gentlemen,
After reviewing the plans I realized that we were going to cut blocks around the RCP pipes. (Very difficult with a three
piece system). My experience is when trying to cut block around RCP pipes it is not aesthetically pleasing. At no cost to
the city I am requesting that we be allowed to place 4 ft headwalls around the pipes similar to the pre-existing and butt
the retaining walls to each side.
