Jim,
The only comments I have are: 1) Where you change from hdpe to rcp you will need to connect via a
junction box. 2) include a profile for the private sanitary sewer. 3) 2-2” domestic meters would be about
$19,000 cheaper in impact fees than 1-4” meter.
Please revise the plans and submit to us 3 sets for our use and however many the contractor will need
for us to stamp for approval. Once the inspection fees are paid we can set up a pre-con.
Thanks,
Michael Garza, P.E.

Mike:
The only substantial revision is the off-site storm drain. The adjacent owner would not agree to an
easement, so we are having to go down the street. We understand we will have to remove and replace
full panels.

Jim,
Ill look at them first thing in the morning, if there weren’t many changes from the last submittal months
ago then they should be ready to go. We will need the permit attached filled out and inspection fees
2
paid. Once these fees are paid we can then set up a pre-construction meeting, possibly for later this
week or early next week.
Thanks,

Have you had a chance to review the revised civils? The contractor is anxious to start dirtwork, etc.
