Keith & Steve,
First of all, congratulations on the nice job at Andrew Brown Park and also the retaining wall on the opposite
side of the canal from Enclaves On The Parkway. They look really good!
The JDK work on Enclaves HOA retaining wall seems to progressing nicely also. It is good that we are able to
address not only the fallen portion at the western end of the wall at this time, but proactively replace two other
areas that likely would have toppled over in the next few years.
Keith, here is a request...
It is my understanding that no work is planned at this time to address some leaks around the spillway at the west
end of the canal. If that is true, could you minimally see if you could address the aesthetics of the spillway at the
west end? The facade has eroded away over the years, with rocks and cement strewn around the spillway.
